1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

• To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at care.ecoliqon@gmail.com with your order details.
• Cancellation requests are subject to order status and approval.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
